A collaboration with guitarist Giovanni Piacentini, this EP was recorded during the Covid-19 pandemic with both of us playing/recording our parts in separate states across the country. The title work, written by Piacentini refers, in a metaphorical way, to a kind of hallucination where we wander through a magical space with an epicurean abandon simply rejoicing in pleasure and instant euphoria, free and without any kind of remorse or sense of guilt. Also features an version of my own composition Resonance, arranged for violin and guitar, and Rachmaninoff’s Vocalise.
